Can I start with one role and add more later?
Yes. Start with one role and add more roles later, subject to availability. Each role is billed separately each month.
How does pricing work?
Each role has a monthly price by tier: US$299 (Entry), US$899 (Pro) or US$2,399 (Scale), billed monthly. NZ customers pay GST on top. If a role needs a phone number, calendar, mailbox, your data or setting up for your business, we'll quote that before you order.
What does it need before it can start?
Your mailbox connected to it. Ask us what connecting it costs before you order.
Where does my customers' information go?
AI Employees run on our own platform and on trusted partner services, some of them outside New Zealand, so conversations may be processed overseas. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information sent overseas. Contact us if you need details of the partners we use.
Can I change tier or cancel?
Yes. Move up a tier from your account, or ask us if a tier shows as unavailable. To move down, contact us. Cancel any time from your account or by contacting us, and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for.
