AI Employees & Hassle-Free Web Hosting

It's an AI assistant set up to do one job for your business, such as answering customer questions in your website chat. You choose the role, sign in and tell it about your business. A role that answers calls, works in your mailbox or calendar, reports on your data, or needs setting up for your business does that work once those are in place. In website chat, it offers to pass the conversation to a person when it can't help, and you or your team can take it over from your chat dashboard.

What does it cost?

Each role is US$299 (Entry), US$899 (Pro) or US$2,399 (Scale) a month, billed monthly. Prices are in US dollars. New Zealand customers pay 15% GST on top, which makes them US$343.85, US$1,033.85 or US$2,758.85 a month: choose New Zealand as your billing country at checkout. Higher tiers include more each month, and each role page lists what its tiers include. AI Support and AI Sales work in your website chat with no setup fee. If a role needs a phone number, calendar, mailbox, your data or setting up for your business, we'll quote that before you order, so you know the full cost before you pay. If you'd like us to set any role up around your business, we'll quote before we start.

How quickly can I start?

Your AI Employee is switched on as soon as your payment clears. You then sign in and tell it about your business, and you can update that at any time. AI Support and AI Sales start answering once you've added the chat to your website. A role that answers calls, works in your mailbox or calendar, reports on your data, or needs setting up for your business starts that work once those are in place, so ask us about cost and timing before you order.

Can I change tier or cancel?

Yes. Move up a tier from your account, or ask us if a tier shows as unavailable. To move down, contact us. Cancel any time from your account or by contacting us, and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for.

Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?

They should, and we recommend it. Have your AI Employee say it's an AI assistant when a conversation starts. In website chat, anyone who asks for a person is offered a handover, and you or your team can take the chat over from your chat dashboard.

Where does my customers' information go?

AI Employees run on our own platform and on trusted partner services, some of them outside New Zealand, so conversations may be processed overseas. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information sent overseas. Contact us if you need details of the partners we use.

What can't it do?

It works only from the information you give it, and it can get things wrong, so keep a person in the loop for anything important, such as legal, medical or money decisions. It can't take payments, and it doesn't connect to your existing helpdesk or CRM.

What's included with website hosting?

Shared, WordPress and Reseller plans run on CyberPanel with the LiteSpeed web server and LSCache, plus free SSL that's set to renew automatically. You install WordPress yourself from your control panel in a few clicks. Daily backups are kept for 7 days; add Website Backup for longer. Email accounts aren't included; add Professional Email if you need it. We target 99.9% network availability each month (Terms, clause 10.1). It's a target, not a guarantee.

Where are your servers?

Shared, WordPress and Reseller hosting runs on our server in Sydney, Australia. VPS, cloud and dedicated servers are set up for you by a person after you order; ask us where yours will be hosted.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, on Shared, WordPress and Reseller hosting. If you cancel within 30 days, we'll refund the hosting fee from your first payment. It doesn't cover domain registrations, SSL certificates, licences, third-party products, setup fees or work we've already done, and domain fees can't be refunded once registered. Clause 6 of our Terms has the details, and nothing in it limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. AI Employees are billed month to month, so you can stop at the end of any month.

Is a domain included with hosting?

No. Domains are priced separately. Today, renewing costs the same as registering: a .com is US$24.99 a year and a .co.nz is US$39.99 a year.
